FIRM ORDER & PAYMENT FORM

This form is to be used if you wish to place a firm order and pay for either:

(1)  a design proof good for up to 5 iterations (this costs $30 which is credited to your account should you purchase the sign), OR

(2)  purchasing  a plaque, by paying the plaque price plus shipping, obtained from our Price list,  or alternatively from an email info@artsignworks.com or phone quote at 951-698-8484 by one of our customer service representatives, Christie or Regina.  If you use our Price list, please include shipping & sales tax (for California only, orders received from other states, or the Federal Government and military do not pay sales tax) .

If you wish to get free consulting, have questions about possible designs, or want  a price estimate or firm quote, but are not ready to place an order, please fill out  the Get an Estimate or Quote  form instead of this one. This form is only for placing  firm orders and submitting  payments.

Please fill out the form including your name, address,and shipping information and how you wish to pay in the form below.  A representative may contact you within a day to request any missing details necessary to process your order. You may pay for your order by charging your credit card on-line (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery) by filling out the form (see box at bottom of this form). Alternatively, you may send a check, pay in person, or phone us at 951-698-8484 with your Credit Card information and Regina or Christie will take your order and charge your card.

You may send us a check or money order to: Art Signworks, Inc. 41785 Elm Street, Suite 302, Murrieta, CA 92562.  If you decide to send a check, you do not need to fill out this form, but you must send us a confirmation of your order and proof approval, and shipping address along with the check, by email.

We do not start production on a sign until we either get a credit card number or check, or anapproved PO, and you have approved the Production Proof in writing (this may be an email). We request 50% of the price as payment at the start of production and the remaining 50% plus shipping and tax (if any)  before we ship your order. This is a secure site and all of your personal information, including your credit card information, is very well protected, through encryption and electronic and physical security procedures. We do not see or retain your credit card number or other credit card information; it is transmitted directly to authorize.net via an encrypted and secure link. We do not sell your email address to third-parties. Our privacy and security policy are described in Privacy Policy.

PLAQUE PURCHASE AGREEMENT & WARRANTY

Our company sells custom made-to-order products. We will tell you exactly what you will get through our Proof process; then if you place a firm order, you are committed to complete your purchase (since it is a custom product designed for you specifically, and no one else really wants it! ). We will make the plaque exactly the way we promised (i.e. according to the Production Proof and specifications) and deliver it to you in perfect condition. When we do so, you must pay for it as you promised (amount and payment dates). Normally, this simple process works very smoothly and very few problems arise; over 99.4% of all our customers are pleased with their custom plaque(s) when they receive them (see our Testimonials). However, in the unlikely event we make an error when we build the sign(s) (this happens very rarely, but it does occur once or twice a year despite our thorough QA procedures, since we are only human) , or if the sign is damaged in shipping, we will either repair the damage in an expedited manner, or if we cannot do so, you can return the sign to us and we will cheerfully refund all your money or we will build you a new replacement plaque (your choice).  However, if you wish to keep the plaques(s), you must pay us the amount we have agreed upon. We cannot refund you money unless you return the plaque(s).

To make our mutual obligations perfectly clear, we have written a Plaque Purchase Agreement which provides details of our mutual obligations under various situations.You can read this by downloading our Plaque Purchase Agreement . This document provides in more detail the terms & conditions summarized above, and also explains our 2 year warranty and some safety advisories on overhead plaque installation. If you place a firm order for a sign, you should read and understand this Agreement. If you don't agree with all or part of it, please do not order your plaque until you discuss your concerns with us. By placing a firm order, you have essentially agreed to the terms and conditions in the Plaque Purchase Agreement. We think the terms are simple, straightforward, fair to both parties, and reasonable in protecting the rights of both Buyer (you) and Seller (us).
